Once a package is activated, it cannot be cancelled or withdrawn. After activation, users are encouraged to make full use of the subscribed package benefits during the validity period.

Once the payment is made and the package is active, no refund will be issued — regardless of whether the facility is used or not.

We recommend users to choose a plan suitable for their requirement to avoid inconvenience in case of unused credits.

To offer more flexibility, EventCert provides a unique benefit — If your package validity period expires but you still have unused units (Certificates or Greeting Cards), those pending units will be automatically carried forward upon renewal.

After renewal: Your new package units + pending unused units will be combined and visible in your dashboard for continued use.
